Terms for the Pharma Congress Hosted Breakfasts and Lunches
We are reserving two beautiful rooms at the Mandarin Oriental for sponsored invitation-only breakfasts and lunches on the following days:
- Day I Lunch (Wednesday, October 21) after the preconference sessions and immediately prior to the opening plenary session,
- Day II Breakfast (Thursday, October 22),
- Day II Lunch, and
- Day III Breakfast (Friday, October 23) immediately prior to the closing closed sessions for compliance professionals and in-house counsel.
These hosted events are subject to the following terms:
- The functions are offered first come, first serve to Silver and higher level grantors.
- Hosts will be given the Congress attendee database and may directly invite participants.
- The functions are capped at 25 participants.
- Host will cover associated food, beverage and AV costs.
- The Congress hotel liaison will assist host with food, beverage and AV arrangements.
