The Pharmaceutical Compliance Forum (PCF) is pleased to offer two special discounted registration arrangements for PCF members to attend the Fifth Annual Pharmaceutical Regulatory Compliance Congress and Best Practices Forum.

PCF SPECIAL INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION DISCOUNT ARRANGEMENT

The regular Pharma Congress registration rates are $1,795 early bird discount through October 15, 2004 and $1,995 thereafter. The PCF discounted rate for individual PCF members is a flat $1,495. This constitutes a $300 savings off the early bird rate and a $500 savings off the full rate. Please note that the PCF discount applies prospectively only and may not be used as a basis for a request for partial refund by those who have already registered.

PCF SPECIAL GROUP REGISTRATION DISCOUNT ARRANGEMENT

The PCF also offers a special group discounted flat rate of $1,195 for groups of 10 or more registrants from the same company registering at the same time. This constitutes a $500 savings off the early bird rate and a $800 savings off the full rate.

There are also a limited number of conference rooms at the Pharma Congress hotel that are available for company retreats or meetings held in conjunction with the Pharma Congress. HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE PFC DISCOUNTS

There are two ways to register at the PCF discount arrangements:

  1. You can register online at http://www.ehcca.com/commerce/index.php?acc=regform&id_product=38 and obtain the PCF discounted rate by entering the PCF optional registration code at the bottom of the secure online registration form. When registering for the group discount, please remember to enter complete information for all 10 or more individuals registering before submitting.

  2. Alternatively you can fax or mail in the registration form (downloadable at http://www.pharmacongress.com/regform.pdf) to fax number 760-418-8084 or to:

    METHOD OF PAYMENT FOR TUITION
    Make payment by check (to Health Care Conference Administrators LLC), MasterCard, Visa or American Express. A $20 fee will be charged on any returned checks. Groups: Have registration and credit card information for each person. List all group members on FAX cover sheet.

    TAX DEDUCTIBILITY
    Expenses of training including tuition, travel, lodging and meals, incurred to maintain or improve skills in your profession may be tax deductible. Consult your tax advisor. Federal Tax ID: 91-1892021.

    CANCELLATIONS/SUBSTITUTIONS
    No refunds will be given for "no-shows" or for cancellations. You may send a substitute; please call the Conference Office at 1-800-684-4549.
