PHARMA CONGRESS COVID SAFETY PROTOCOLS
The Pharma Congress requires that proof of vaccination be presented at time of check-in at the Congress. Individuals may provide digital or printed documentation of an official immunization record. A negative COVID-19 test will not be accepted as a substitute for being fully vaccinated.
If you are not fully vaccinated or prefer not to be vaccinated, you have the alternative to attend the Congress as a fully virtual event.
While masks may not be required at the Congress, we support your choice to wear a mask if you prefer. Masks will be available at the Congress registration desk if you would like to wear one as a precaution.
Hand Sanitizer stations and disposable facemasks will be available in clearly marked areas.
In accordance with government guidance and local mandates, the Congress will follow applicable standards for crowd density, social distancing, and face mask or covering restrictions.
Social Distancing Signage will be provided in areas that could lead to close contact.
High touch areas will have increased cleaning, including bathrooms, handrails, door handles, elevator buttons, and countertops.
At the registration desk, we will offer attendees the opportunity to display their comfort level with social interaction by providing optional color coded stickers or badges: green (open to all social interactions); yellow (fist bumps okay; red (prefers social distancing). [Sounds complicated]
